| I have no problems transferring mp3s to my phone with the cable and adapter
but videos are something else. I would like to transfer YouTube (flv format)
or wmv or avi clips to the phone. I think they must be converted to 3gp or
3gp2 format.
Has anyone been able to do this? if so, please tell me how-of course,
Verizon won't. They push the VCast that you pay for. I have it on trial
until April 16th.Thanks for all replies.

| I have a program called WinAVI that converts to 3gp(it also converts to
PSP,iPOD,and mp4) It will convert most conventional video formats to 3gp ,
then transfer to the phone.
you can find it at www.winavi.com
or you can pick it up using some p2p software.
Good Luck

VideoGet is an app that will download and convert the .flv youtube
videos to .3gp format. It's usually 20 bucks, but for about 12 more
hours, you can download and install it here: http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/
for free. If you don't get it downloaded before the offer expires, I
know there are a lot of shareware programs out there that will convert
the video after it's downloaded. Just google 'flv to 3gp converter'.
