#BAL (#225) not working any longer?

| Hi,
I haven't been able to get my balance via this number
in the last week or so. Anyone else? Used to work just
fine.

no one else having a problem with this??
It's odd since #MIN seems to be working just fine.

Haven't used #BAL in a long time. Just tried it and it's working just fine.

For those curious, or having the same problem: Ringing up Verizon didn't
help, nor did stopping by the store, they had no idea.
I suspect it may have to do with the "one-bill" setup. About the same time
I started to have this problem I consolidated my cell and landline bills with
Verizon. My bet would be that this is causing the problem.
