| I think we've been victims of a very poor troll and probably a drive-by
troll at that as the OP's not been back and it's VERY unlikely anyone
would be as ignorant as the OP claims to be. Notice he's called
Verizon but has NOT notified the credit card company? We're supposed
to believe that? Yeah, sure.

How come there's no "gruntled employees"? Wouldn't you have to be
gruntled before you can be disgruntled?
