It's a scam. It wants $14 a pop to provide actual information, and it's
unlikely to be correct...

For my cell #, for example, it gives the wrong city. I'd have to be a fool
to invest $14 to get additional incorrect information.

To be perfectly honest, you'd have to be a fool to enter your own cell phone
number on the Web site! <g>

If I wanted to have some fun, I'd enter a police department landline number
on the site, then immediately come here and say I checked my cell phone.
The spammer might see it and check his web logs to find out "the victim's"
phone number for harassment.
