I was just thinking the same thing. I'm pretty sure it's still coming
out though.

Could I be the only one left that just wants to make calls on a cell phone?

Nope, I will keep mine until it dies (E815) or I do, whichever comes
first! (grin) I signed up for a phone because we spend a lot of time
on the road and a cell comes in handy but I end up passing on a lot of
minutes each month. This way I won't have to sign up again for
another 2 years and won't worry about terminating service if things
get worse!

No, there's several of us here.

I do admit the camera might possibly be useful in rare circumstances
but I really don't want other features nor do I want to pay for them,
either in the price of the phone or the cost of the service.

Unfortunately, the carriers and phone companies know that people who
think as we do are not profitable.

"BALD FACE LIE"??? I guess "lock" was the wrong word. Cripple would
have been a better choice.

I have a v3m. I can do NOTHING with it in the area of using my ring
tones or graphics. Anything I want to do in that area is Vcast. Vcast
is short for the phrase "give me more money".

The nav key has 4 arrows. 3 are locked to direct me to more places
that will cost me more money.

Now is this a "BALD FACE LIE"?

How will you defend verizon now? Why would you want to?

"Idiot"...
If you are happy buying a phone that has a lot of features that will
be useful to you. And when you get it home you find for the most part
they are all crippled. And can not be used without verizon sucking
more money out of you... Who would be the "Idiot"

I have read many of your comments here. You new what I was saying
above even with a poor choice of words. Most of your comments are
like this, useless. Again, who's the Idiot...?

No, you're doing a fine job of that all on your own. Making yourself look
