| I had a REALLY bad experience in Greeneville TN with tech support. Somehow
forwarding another cell to my primary line SCREWED up the primary phone. The
argument over the screwed up phone last through 2 days and several visits. I
finally received a new phone yesterday. This has caused me to consider going
back to Alltel. Anyone have this problem with the customer service in their
local stores??

| I would like to offer my apologies to the group for the tone that was used
in the email that started this thread. I allowed my emotions to dictate what
I was typing and that was wrong. Again I apologies to the group for the my
earlier outburst.
God bless

Yes. If you'd followed this group for long you would have read several
posts (some from me) saying that for competent support you must go on
line OR telephone Verizon. The people in the stores are minimum wage
people who don't know and don't care.
Sorry you had a bad experience, if you'd called it probably would have
been resolved much faster with less aggravation.

| I don't mind your being upset, but I can't figure out what the hell happened
to you.
Forgive me, but I find it hard to believe that forwarding another cellphone
to a primary cellphone could cause any kind of problem, especially a problem
that would require replacement of the phone.
I would *guess* that the timing of your forwarding and the trouble with your
primary cellphone was some kind of odd coincidence.

It's why I'm on Alltel....(c;
E815 crashed to the bootloader...
Called Alltel and had replacement on order Friday night at 9PM...in 10
minutes. Alltel put my old Verizon V60i back online for the weekend....
Tuesday's Snailmail delivers replacement E815 that must be a refurb but
looks brand new. It's a shame to put my old battery back on it...(c;
Shut down V60i and power up E815 following the instructions. Back online
with new E815 a few minutes later. Downloaded Axcess TV to new phone,
then called 611 to have that extra download charge removed. TSR gives me
free month for my trouble of Axcess TV.
It's why I'm on Alltel.....(c;
I got tired of being lied to....
