Transfer Pics to Razr

Can you use a micro SD transflash card to transfer pics to my Moto Razr? The
files are already on my flashcard. Can I transfer those from the card or do
I have to put them on a pc and then use some file transfer software to get
them into the phone? Any help appreciated.
