Suggestions for phone upgrade

Soon I will have the option to upgrade my phone (new every 2). I currently
have the RAZR V3m and have been generally satisfied with it. What I'd like
in a new phone is a larger front screen with the ability to change the
background independently to make it easier to read. I'd also like better BT
headset support if that's possible. Have the BT radios in phones improved
at all? I haven't been able to find a BT headset that works well with the
V3m. That said, one of the phones I'm looking at is the V9m. I don't care
about camera or music player performance. By the way, do the V3m and V9m
use the same mini-usb accessories?
