Nextel cellular service - Unknown Number

Unknown Number - Can it be recovered?

I received a fairly nasty VM this morning which came in from an "unknown
number". I called Nextel and they said they couldn't recover it. Is
there any way to find out the number of the sender?

I am using a Mot i870.

If you can get a subpoena, yes... Otherwise, no.
