Does Nextel know how the Desktop Assistant works?
I just wasted 2 hours with their technical support and my problem still
isn't fixed.

Here is my problem.

The contacts that are on my computer running with Outlook and the Desktop
Assistant will not display on my phone or the Nextel Mobile Email website.

Desktop Assistant wants to look in the Personal Address Book and not the
Outlook Address Book.
I can see my email and calendar but not my contacts.

Is the problem that the Desktop Assistant will only work with the PAB?

Why is Nextel so ignorant with their own products?
