Pause on Sony/Ericsson phones

Does anyone know how to put a "pause" in the phone number listing on
the Sony Ericsson phones? On the Nokias, I believe it was hitting # 3
times. I can't seem to find the equivelant on my Z600.

insert a "p" in the numbering sequence (if in dial mode hold down the
asterisk or star key for a couple seconds, it will change to a "p")

Thanx! This is great, the "p" even syncs from my Address Book to my
phone via iSync.
