| Hi i have the i500 and after i installed the pocketmirror to sync the
pda with outlook, the palm does not sync with palm desktop anymore. i
can back up info into the desktop but information that i input into
the desktop it doesn't transfer to the pda. i use outlook to enter
address and calandar info but i want to use palm desktop to enter to
do linfo since it allows me to separte the list into several
catagories.....TIA

| You need to go back to the original installation CD and instruct the pda to
sync with the Palm desktop rather than with Outlook. It will only do one or
the other, not both. But no harm will come from switching back and forth.
