I have an insurance and equipment replacement on my phone which is
coasting me $5/month; i have this since i joined sprint 98 ( it was $2
by that time).
During the years i upgraded my plan and added vivion when it started
few years ago.
Now I called CS to cancel my insurance , but the rep told me that i
have to remove vision as well from my plan because it is " system
Issue"!!!

was she telling something in the contract that i missed or what?
Why I can not remove the insurance which preceeded the vision
package?

Wow, someone told you a doozy. As you've been told, that's not true. =20
It's a GROSS lie. Probably told by a rep that didn't even bother to=20
pull your account up.
