My Treo 650 keypad stopped working and after a 4-day wait, unit was replaced
with a shiny 'new' refurb. But as soon as I tried to check my email and get
on the web, it crashes every time. Sprint techs befuddled. Now waiting for
another unit to be shipped.

Is the quality control on refurbs so poor that they don't catch/fix such
obvious problems or was I just unlucky to get a rare dud? Who tests
refurbs? Sprint? The mfg'er? Nobody?
