Author They told me to send my phones back

When I needed to replace 2 of my 3 phones, which I've had for several years
and no contract in effect, they sent me 2 new phones. They came in the mail
the next day. All was well...yeah right. They sent me 2 phones with new
phone numbers. Instead of replacing my old phones, they set me up with 2 new
accounts with phone numbers that weren't even in the area code I wanted (and
are trying to charge me $400.00 for the experience). I've been dealing with
CS and all I get are idiots. One CS rep started crying because she couldn't
figure out what to do. The last "first level idiot" I talked to told me
that I would have to send my phones back but did not have a solution on how
I should get new phones without opening new accounts. Aahhhh....
The last "supervisor" told me that I had a unique problem and that I needed
to call the Fraud department.
I am beginning to believe that the only Fraud here is them taking my money
or the bigger IDIOT is me for paying them.
