I went on to my options for my phone so that when someone gets my voicemail,
all they here is my message and a beep.. that's it.. no options no
instructions... Now I'm trying to set up my wife's phone to do the same and
I can't find how I did it ?? Thanks

I think it is under the notifications option and happens when you turn
off the callback number prompt.

My friends that are on Verizon all have the callback prompt and it
annoys me. I don't know if they have the option to turn it off. If
not, that alone would be enough to keep me away from Verizon.
