Sanyo 4920 Headset Problem

Hello,

I have a wierd problem with my Sanyo 4920. Previously, I had no
problem using my Sony Headset with the phone until a few months ago
when I could barely get it to work. I thought that there was simply a
problem with the headset jack or the headset although I quickly
eliminated the headset as a cause by testing a set headset. To my
surprise, I noticed that when I turned the phone on or off, the intro
sounds and off sounds came through the headphones just fine. Because
of this, I'm guessing that one options are set incorrectly. Has anyone
seen this type of problem?
