Author Sprint tried to extend contract without permission!

Here they go again. I called sprint on 10-18-06 to ask about going to the
next level on minutes. I specifically told the rep I only would do it if it
did not extend my contract. She told me it would not and moved me up to the
next level on minutes. Well I get a statement yesterday saying my contract
is extended another 2 years! I am on the phone with them as I write this
getting my plan back where it was. I have to wait until 9-07 and I am thru
with sprint! In addition I am still having trouble getting sprint to remove
sprint pcs international which I never ordered! Every month it is something
with this company.

I hear that. Since I signed with Sprint in June, I have never had a correct
bill. My current one the losers are billing me twice for line 1, and 3
times for line 3. As I am an impatient person, I will not sit on hold for
long periods of time with anyone. I tried calling these a-holes and sat on
hold for 10 min. They are refusing to handle this through their
online/e-mail system. This has been going on for 4 days now. I have
submitted a complaint to the BBB. By looking at the BBB record, it looks
like Sprint has many complaints...

had any luck going to their Sprint store to handle incorrect billings?

There are many complaints because Sprint has a huge number of customers.
Looking at the BBB report, it is encouraging that the overwhelming majority
of complaints were settled satisfactorily, or where the BBB determined that
Sprint had made a good settlement offer.
