Well I think Mr. Steven P. McNicoll has done a bang up job demonstrating
for potential subscribers how he was treated and responded to a specific
situation.

Thank goodness for his non-selfish behavior and sharing with us.
For the record he switched to Verizon and claimed to be happy.

Anybody have a new topic for new week? I am out of here fora long
weekend.

Here's one: how many former Sprint bashers in this group have been
converted to Sprint sympathizers in a single week by Mr. McNicoll? ;-)

There is no reason to be a Sprint basher. Sprint is a good company and
provides good service to its customers.

Actually, until this idiot McNicoll hit the group, I thought my
sister-in-law was the biggest whiner in the world.

Sprint has good CSRs and crappy CSRs just like any other carrier. I do
believe customer service went downhill after the merger. I'd experienced
no problems until then.
