IMHO Gary is doing an excellent job. It requires at least several years
after the merger of two technology companies to reach profitability and reap
the rewards of the acquisition.

I understand that and agree, however instead of the pist off thousands
of sprint customers complaining, and threating to switch to
verizon although they know they have bad credit and won't
be approved by verizon 9 times of 10.

Here is you chance as a customer to advocate what you would like to see
done.
