The 8300 has firmware over the air updating capability. The 8200
doesn't. The 8300 has the ability to force digital roaming. The 8200
doesn't. Just two differences I thought I'd point out.

Please do. I'm considering getting a 8200 or an 8300, and I must have missed
other discussions on it.
I'm mainly interested in facts, not opinion, regarding the two.
