Finally.

I didn't want to lose the benefits of Sprint's network, but their customer
service tanked post-merger. If you're going to outsource, at least try not to
outsource to people who are complete wankers who will say anything just to get
you off the phone.

Forsee made some pretty horrendous moves during his tenure.
