Absolutely none! They have managed to turn plastic devices into socially
acceptable fashion accessories though. The truth is that the PC would not
be the dominant personal computing platform if Apple had not locked down
their hardware platforms over the years. Apple also is not in the High End
computing market and never has been. They've always been a peddler of stuff
for the consuming masses. They will never kill any markets with their
draconian lockdown business model. This has always kept them at bay. Why
would I want a car with the hood welded shut? No fun!
