If you distrust her so much you're trying to get someone to commit a
felony maybe you should rethink the engagement.

If Verizon can hand over phone records to the feds -- who had no legal
authority to compel them to do so -- and it wasn't a felony, I suspect that
Sprint doing so for a private party wouldn't be either... although of course
it is liable to get the employee doing it fired.

I agree with your assessment that that if the guy is even thinking that his
fiance is anything but faithful, he should call off the wedding. Regardless
of whether she is or isn't, the marriage probably won't be a happy one!
