| If Sprint decided to unlock their phones and accept other's phones,
great. Does that mean I'm going to run and switch to Sprint or buy an
unlocked Sprint phone? Probably not. WHY? I've educated my self
(boy is that an understatement) in Sprint as well as their
competitors. I know, through research that Sprint's Vision service
will not work with Alltel's Axcess service. I can see it now
Alltel Customer (formerly w/Sprint): My Vision service won't work on
Alltel,
Sprint rep: *mute button* HAHAHAHAHAHA
It's not a matter of incapability this, and stupidity that. It's a
matter of, "No one told me that." I hear gripes everyday about the
MotoQ not able to send picture mail.
Sprint Rep: I do appoligize Mr. Customer, but the MotoQ isn't capable
of sending picture mail.
Sprint Cust: Well no one told me that.
Look it up, there's this awesome tool called Google. People are lazy
these days and want to whine about everything. I'm not talking about
life in a call center or store alone, but EVERYTHING. Don't rely on
people to do your stuff.
Oh and PS.....I'm NOT a Sprint rep. I train the stuff and the people
I train always have the highest reviews from customers. I fire the
bad apples before the get out of class.
