What was a 'standard' Ethernet card?
Almost every model of Mac had Ethernet built in already.
Until the later PPC years, Macs were using NuBus cards, not ISA.
Ethernet didn't have just one plug type, either -- there were several
common types before the RJ-45 became ubiquitous.
