Author ETF Reduced?

I noticed that some of the wireless companies are reducing the early
termination fees. If I'm not mistaken, Sprint was doing this. Reduction
of the ETF would be on a sliding scale depending on how long contract was in
force.

Anyone know the details of this??

Pro-rating, not reducing.

Verizon's been doing this for a year, Sprint and T-Mobile now are doing it
too.
