Hybrid phones and talkgroups

Just made the jump from Sprint to Sprint/Nextel with hybrid phones. I
was told that I could have a private Fleet ID/Network ID for company
phones, and that employees with their own accounts would also be able to
utilize the same Fleet ID/Network ID, thus allowing talkgroups on all of
the phones.

I'm now told by CS this can't be done!!!!!!

Anyone been able to do this? Thanks.
