| OK, enough... I work for an arm of executive services currently. The
terms and conditions of service
are the same for all plans in general, and specifically to the
unlimited 'simply everything' plan they do
state, 'Sprint may terminate service if a majority of minutes or a
majority of kilobytes in a given month are used while roaming.'
That is copy and pasted from the web page that promotes the plan
itself.

s.com/
However, The operative word in that statement is MAY, it does not
state WILL. It is also true special disposition is sometimes given
depending on the exact situation.
Last year remember there were a number of persons that were released
from their service for excessive roaming. Most of these were persons
that had individual plans and had like 85% of their calls or more were
roaming over a period of 6 months or longer. People that had family
plans,
and military personel were granted immunity at least those that called
in and asked when they received their notice, as well as a others if
their situation
warranted it.
I would hope that the person that you spoke with Jar - Jar, notated
the account stating why you called in, and exactly what they told you,
as that is part of the job.
If not, then you may have difficulty IF it were to become an issue. I
do appreciate your trust in the spoken word, and I really miss the
days when that was all that
it took. But it is always better to make sure that you get it in
writing, especially when what is told you contradicts the written
terms and conditions.
