There is no "generic" unlock code for any mobile phones. The unlock
code is determined by an algorithm based on the phone's IMEI. If you
are presently a T-Mobile subscriber and have had service for at least
90 days you can request the unlock code from T-Mobile either by
calling 611 from your handset or 1-800-937-8997. You will need to
tell T-Mobile your phone's IMEI (key *#06# to reveal the IMEI), the
model number and where it was purchased (if a different network is
involved.) You can also communicate with T-Mobile through their
comments page on the t-mobile.com web page. There is no direct unlock
email address any longer.
