| i want to get a sony ericsson phone that only works with cingular, but i have
tmobile, is there any way i can still use that phone?

You will have to get the S-E handset unlocked since more than likely
it's locked to xingular. Be advised though that even if it's unlocked
unless you can get the settings for data sent to the phone you will
not be able to use internet-related functions on the phone if the
manufacturer has hard-coded the data settings for xingular.
