contract expiration date

| How does one find out exactly when one's contract is to expire. I know
I bought my phone around this time last year, but don't have an exact
date. I'm on the prowl for a new plan/carrier to deal with some
coverage issues where I work now, but wanted to be sure that I wasn't
going to be hit with a penalty. Is the only way to know this to call CS
and ask?
Thanks,
SS

| That's one way, another might be to look at the contract. Some carriers
even let you know on their website.

Thanks. Of course if I had my contract, I'd know. I do have a printout
that says I verbally agreed to an extension of my contract for a year on
a particular date, but I don't recall if there were any other events on
my account that may have resulted in my contract being further extended.
I was just wondering if there was a spot on my bill or the web site
that I may have missed that would tell me definitively that X/Y/Z is
when T-Mobile officially thinks my contract is to expire.

| Dial 611 and ask them.

The easiest way is to key 611 or 1-800-937-8997.
If you go to your mytmobile and look at your account it's likely on
there as well. The easiest way is to give a call.

It used to be on the My T-Mobile section of the Web site before the
redesign. But IIRC, you no longer have the ability to see your
contract expiration date on the Web site.
