Sure they do. 14-day trial; if you cancel within 14 days you only pay for
minutes used and forfeit the $36 activation fee. That's a nationwide policy.

It's not a 14-day trial of the phone, per se. It's a 14-day trial of the
service. I don't believe you have a 14-day trial period on new phones if you
already have service.
