Actually Steve, as I mentioned before in this thread, SPCS has changed their
policy on the activation fee. Check out the wireless guarantee @

SPCS
will refund the activation fee, if coverage is not wanted within the 14 day
trial period.

As for this, it's not mentioned within the wireless guarantee.
