Phone-PC Sync Software Recommendations

| Hi,
I recently got a Motorola V188. I like the phone, it does many more
things than my old V66g. In particular it has a mini USB data plug on it
for connection to a PC. Since the phone supports appointments and
contacts I'd like to synchronize it with my home PC. I was wondering,
what software people are using to do this? Has anyone done this with a
V188 or V18X series?
