Web site is correct in fact no roaming in the U.S. either all use must be on
T-mobile's network, but if you are on network anywhere in the U.S. then it
is not charged as roaming.

It's a paperweight outside of the US unlike foreign T-Mobile prepaid
from the UK or the Netherlands which do work outside of the home
country.
