Can anyone on international variable rates pull their rates from the
T-Mobile website. When I try to pull them, I get World Class Rates even
though the site says that I am variable rates and customer service says so
as well.

When I tried it I got an Oracle ODBC database error. I think their website
has some technical problems.

This problem has been going on for many months. When I called CS they were kind
enough to ask what countries I was interested in and they would email me the
rates. While over the years of my being a subscriber from Omni Point to now I
have GENERALLY found CS to be very good to excellent and from the inception of
the website have almost always found the website problematic.

I had the same experience with the CSRs. As long as I don't loose my rates,
I can live with the web site problems.

This error has been present for *months.* I'm just speculating, but I
imagine that T-Mobile wants to get rid of "legacy" international
roamers and put them on the more lucratively priced so called "world
class" exhorbitant rates. Customer care had the right rates that they
could look up for the specific rates for operators and countries.
Those rates however do not appear to be available to mere mortal
T-Mobile subscribers.
