| Just a note to say that they delivered on their promise.
When I re-upped last year I said I was quite happy
with my 3595 (and still am...) and asked if
they could give me any other accomodation.
They said they'd give me the sixth month as a freebie.
Just got my latest bill, and eyup, there's a credit
for the $39.95, leaving me with a bill of about $10
instead of the usual $50.
(since many of the taxes and fees are based on a
percentage of the bill I'd have hoped for a bit
more of a reduction, but figuring those things
out makes for Enron sized headaches, so I'll let
it pass).
Disclosure: in addition to being a custoemr, I'm
also a shareholder...
