| I have had my Motorola V300 from T-Mobile for about a year and a half
now, and I just switched plans to the 49.99 family plan, about the
last 3 months or so I have had trouble hearing on this phone,
sometimes the volume is fine and other times I can't hear at all I
know this has been a known problem with this phone, after reading some
other users complaint about the same problems. , before I call
T-Mobiles wonderful customer service about the problem I am having,
does anybody know of anything that could help me, or any advice on
dealing with T-Mobile about this problem.... thanks in advance

| Try cleaning the earpiece with a blast of air from an aerosol can - they
sell them to clean keyboards.

This is not the problem with my V300. The weird thing about my V300 is
that sometimes the volume will start off low and become louder. I have
NEVER dropped the phone. I have sinced stopped using the phone due to
the fact that I am on my 2nd V300 and this one is also junk.

My son's 300 had the same problem 100% of the time, got a replacement
from TMo (only 1.5 months old). It seems to do it 33% of the time. I'm
going to give it another 2 or 3 weeks then request another replacement.

So since you have figured out it is a hunk of junk why did you purchase
the same mobile the second time?

I did not purchase it a 2nd time. T-Mobile sent me another one since the
1st was under warranty.
