John, this is a Reuters article that was only picked up by CNN. These
facts were also reported by the WSJ, FT and every other reputable
business outlet in the world. Deny it all you want, but that doesn't
change the integrity of the story.

Every company always denies everything until the trigger is pulled. It
doesn't make this report fact, but it doesn't make it fiction either.
As long as the report says it's based on speculation, then it's valid.
