This is probably a dumb question, but I have a new Moto v330 and was
wondering how to clean the screen? It gets smugged and oily from use and I
was wondering what I could clean it with? The ultra thick manual that came
with it, of course says nothing about the cleaning of the phone. Any
suggestions? TIA!

Try just wiping it against your shirt once in a while.
That's what I do.
If I'm ambiguous, I use the cloth that came with my (eye) glasses to clean
the screen.

A damp cloth (not wet!) followed by a soft cloth should work fine.
Whatever you do don't use some amonia-based thing like Windex to clean
it.
