Samsung E720, GPRS works, but no WAP

I'm having problems with WAP on my Samsung E720. I have entered the GPRS
settings, compared them to the settings in my E600 and Nokia 3650 (both of
which work) but I always get an error message when I fire up the browser.
Usually the message is "Host is not found" sometimes it "Connection refused
by host".

I know the phone can make a data connection. I have no problems using the
phone as a bluetooth modem to send/receive POP mail using an iPAQ, and the
POP client on the phone can also send/receive email.

Anyone got any ideas for a solution?
