And how long is long? I've called customer care within the last four
days and I've never had to wait more than five minutes. come to think
of it in my five plus years with VoiceStream and T-Mobile I've never
had to wait more than five minutes to speak with someone. Now Fido in
Canada, there's a completely different story. I've had to wait as
much as three hours total to speak to someone. At least T-Mobile's
IVR works worth a crap. I wish I could say the same for Fido's.
