capacity issues past 2 weeks in Boston area

I have heard from a couple of people that t-mobile call availability
has severely decreased in the boston area starting about two weeks ago
(full bars, but calls don't go through).

Anyone know if they are having Boston area issues? Or did they just
oversell their capacity?

I'm concerned as I am planning on porting over to them in a couple of
weeks when my Verizon contract runs out. I'm concerned especially if
the latter (an oversell of capacity) is happenning.
