I work for TMobile customer care and the best thing to do with Sidekick
problems is to ask for Advanced Technical care. They will help you
with any problems with a sidekick not working properly. The 611 agent
you are connected to just has general non connection or activation
related answers, and they are limited to further tech. assistance.
