Author Tmobile proxy issues?

Is anyone else having problems with the getmorespeed.tmobile.com proxy?
I am currently in North Central TX. I have been here since 03jan2006
and the proxy has not worked since I arrived here. I also cannot seem
to get any DNS servers to resolve it either.
The 216.155.165.50 proxy is working. I beleive that it is an "older"
one.
