Utility Numbers on T-Mobile not working

| I don't know if this my phone problem but I cannot dial out to *3279
(T-Mobile To Go prepaid balance) any more - simply won't dial. *8646
likewise. Other calls work fine.
Are these numbers been changed? Is there a list of other such utility
numbers for T-Mobile (prepaid) that one can use/test?
Also, how much does it cost to use T-Zone for finding out the balance?
Any insight appreciated. Thanks in advance.

| I never used the numbers you mentioned, but you can check the prepaid
balance by sending #999# and the contract minutes usage by sending #646#.
This doesn't cost anything.

| Thanks very much for the numbers! The #999# is extremely convenient! Gives
me the minutes right on the screen. Cool!
*3279 and *8646 are actually *EASY and *TOGO, respectively, and used to
always work. There might be something else wrong too on my CF62T phone (It's
seen some hard handling!).
