Author WAP access on t-mobile down?

For the past three days, both software packages that I have that use
WAP have no connection. Is anyone else having this problem on t-mo? I
just called tech support, and the first question they asked me was
whether I'm using my BB as a modem. (I'm not.) But based on the
question it looks like they might have a new policy of denying WAP
access to applications.

I also got a very cagey answer from a supervisor in tech support: TMo
is only required to notify users of changes that affect supported
service, and only the proxy browser is a supported service.

Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks.

To which T-Mo data plan are you subscribing?

It's working again.

Last night I learned that this problem is fairly widespread, and
frequently invovles T-mo inadvertantly turning off t-zones. Indeed, I
tried to access t-zones last night, and that was down, too. I include
this response for others who may have the same problem.

I don't know what fixed my account, but I'm told that asking T-mo to
turn on t-zones will help.
