It looks like T-Mobile has changed their International Roaming page so those
of us that are on the old international roaming plan can no longer lookup
our rates.

I talked to Customer Service today, and they claimed that I could find this
information under My T-Mobile. I looked this evening, but couldn't find
anything.

Does anyone have any idea on how I can look up these rates?

Have you changed your plan lately? Perhaps you upgraded your plan and
you lost the grandfathered soc?

Best suggestion if you cannot find them on mytmobile, is to call
customer care and ask them to walk thru withyou on mytmobile to show
you exactly where.. if it is indeed not there, then you will need to
call customer care for the info when you are going to be traveling
outside the USA
