I know at least 2 stores that are selling the RAZR brand new and unlocked
for that price. You're gonna have to do a lot better for a second-hand
phone.

| Mine had that too. Bought it second-hand, not even scratches on it and 9
months guirantee left.
Bought it for 175 euro. ($200)
